Dr. Michael Donovan is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. He works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, stress, major life transitions, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Dr. Donovan spent nearly three decades in education as both a teacher and school administrator, experiences that provided him with a unique understanding of human development, relationships, communication, resilience, and the many systems that influence mental health and well-being.
Known for his warm, practical, and authentic approach, Dr. Donovan believes that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a genuine understanding of each person's story. He works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and change.
