The goal of this section is to define codependency and codependent behaviors and to help you, the reader, to become more discerning about the differences between healthy relationships and those which are characteristically codependent.  For those of you who can identify some codependent behaviors in yourselves, this section also includes thoughts and ideas to start you down a path of recovery, as well as identifying some resources which might be helpful.
