We had so much fun making gnomes with the students and faculty of Summit High School at their annual Self-Care Fair!

This project is about expressing the importance of taking care of oneself for one's mental health - and what better way to do that than by relieving stress and anxiety through a fun hobby such as making gnomes! By taking the time out to do something we enjoy, we are taking care of our bodies and minds and getting to know ourselves a little bit better!
