"I want to help the individuals, couples, and families I work with recognize and build on their strengths. I meet my clients where they are, whether it's doing exposure treatments (for phobia) outside the office, reading the books clients discuss in session, or creating a safe place where they feel comfortable exploring whatever is causing them distress. I also have a great interest in how families work and how they can be strengthened."
