Dr. Likier has over 25 years of experience working with a diverse range of people across a wide range of settings. He has provided mental health services in hospitals/medical facilities, universities, corporate environments, and substance abuse treatment programs. Additionally, he has taught psychology courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels and he continues to provide consultation and training to organizations and mental health professionals on issues of diversity. Dr. Likier has provided training and supervision to students and licensed mental health practitioners wishing to gain expertise in CBT. He integrates other modalities into CBT to help people draw on their strengths and learn empirically based strategies to address their current concerns and live more fulfilling lives.
