The COVID-19 pandemic has been devastating in so many ways. Stay at home orders and quarantines have forced us to adapt in ways we never anticipated. If a loved one is sick, social distancing, home isolation and hospital and care facility quarantines create a whole new level of stress on top of the typical ones of caregiving. Where can caregivers turn to for support? Summit Psychological Services would like to help.
Beginning Wednesday April 22, and continuing until the crisis subsides, we will be offering a free support group for COVID-19 Caregivers. The group will be facilitated by two of our psychologists and experts on caregiving issues, Drs. Michael Keren and Michael Likier. The group will convene on the on-line platform, ZOOM every Wednesday from 11:00 am to Noon, using the same link below:
