Summit Psychological Services (SPS) accepts and bills Medicare and most Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey plans.

Many other insurance plans, including New Jersey Direct (a Horizon plan), will reimburse members for their out-of-pocket payments to SPS.

Please ask your insurance plan whether you're eligible for reimbursement and whether you need prior authorization before beginning psychotherapy.

SPS is aware that health insurance can be confusing. We're happy to answer your general insurance questions and to provide any statements you need in order to be reimbursed. Please call Maureen Fitzpatrick at (908) 273-5558 ext 150.
